Tax Forms
Language of proceedings. According to Act No. 500/2004 Coll., on Code of Administrative Procedure, the Czech language is the language of proceedings for both wrtitten filings and oral hearings.
The English tax forms are only patterns for filling out of the valid forms in the Czech language pursuant to the Act no. 280/2009 Coll., the Tax Code.
