Local Branches of Tax Offices perform activities in the scope of Tax Office. All proceedings of Local Branches are always considered as proceedings of respective Tax Office. Local Branch is managed by its Director (if the Local Branch is not managed by another Local Branch). Superior authority to the Local Branch is respective Tax Office. All the Tax Offices are subordinated to the Appellate Financial Directorate.
