Characteristic

Local Branches are organizational units of Tax Offices. Some local Branches are located directly in the seats of Tax Offices.
Local Branches are established based on the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance (Regulation No. 189/2023 Coll., on the Local Branches of Tax Offices).
Local Branches of Tax Offices perform activities in the scope of Tax Office. All proceedings of Local Branches are always considered as proceedings of respective Tax Office. Local Branch is managed by its Director (if the Local Branch is not managed by another Local Branch).

Superior authority to the Local Branch is respective Tax Office.

OFFICE HOURS: Monday and Wednesday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
