Electronic records of sales
Cancellation of electronic records of sales from 1 January 2023.
On 28th December 2022 was published Act No. 458/2022, Coll., repealing Act No. 112/2016 Coll., on registration of sales, as amended, and amending and repealing other related legislation. The Act came into force starting from 1st January 2023.
The system of sales registration has not been functioning from 1st January 2023. This information is also valid for voluntarily registering entrepreneurs.
